1 General Introduction

2 Definitions and Scope

The following terms used in these conditions have the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" — bdg33's website, mobile app, and all related digital channels.
• "User" — any person who has registered or is using the platform.
• "Account" — the personal profile created for a user upon registration.
• "Balance" — funds held in the account that can be used for betting or playing games.
• "Bonus" — additional credits or benefits granted by bdg33 under specific conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the process of verifying identity and age.

3 Account Registration and Identity Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with bdg33, users must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited.

Each individual may open a maximum of one account. Operating multiple accounts is detected technically and is considered a serious breach of these Terms.

4 Age Verification and Eligibility

bdg33's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, users must declare that they are at least 21 years old. bdg33 may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate as proof of age.

Access to the bdg33 platform is not available to the following: persons who are prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of their country; persons who have enrolled in bdg33's voluntary self-exclusion programme; and bdg33 employees or their immediate family members.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits to bdg33 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Users may only deposit from a payment account or bank account held in their own name. Using funds from a third party or transacting from another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Before processing a withdrawal request, bdg33 may ask the user to complete identity verification. To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw funds from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a total bet of ৳37,500 is required for a ৳1,500 bonus.

6.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

bdg33's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

Advancement to higher VIP tiers depends on regular activity on the platform. bdg33 reserves the right to change the details of VIP benefits at any time.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus will only apply if the user provided correct information at the time of registration.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same device, IP address, or household.
• If bdg33 detects misuse of a bonus, the bonus and any funds earned from it may be forfeited.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit; once the time limit expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once bdg33 accepts a bet, the bet amount is immediately deducted from the user's account. Confirmed bets are generally non-cancellable. However, in the case of a technical error or an event where the result cannot be determined, bdg33 may cancel that bet and return the funds.

7.2 Odds Changes

For sports betting, bdg33 reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed shall be considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdg33 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7.3 Abandoned Events

If a match or event is fully cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be declared void and the bet amounts will be returned to users' accounts. For partially completed events, bdg33's established rules will apply.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdg33:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Accessing the platform or placing bets through any software, bot, or automated process.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent transactions or providing false information.
• Threatening or harassing bdg33 staff, other users, or any third party.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, bdg33 may immediately cancel the account and notify the relevant authorities.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by bdg33

bdg33 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, provision of false information, suspicious activity, financial irregularities, or violation of applicable law. If an account is closed due to bdg33's own actions and the user is not at fault, the balance held in the account will be returned.

9.2 Closure by the User

Users may request account closure themselves via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

bdg33 follows a detailed policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of users' personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what information is collected, how it is stored, and under what circumstances it may be shared with third parties.

bdg33 protects users' financial and personal information using SSL encryption and modern data security technology. By using the platform, users are also considered to have given consent to the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

bdg33 strives to provide the highest quality service, but is not liable in the following situations:

• A bet or game is incomplete due to loss of internet connection.
• A session is affected by a problem with the user's device.
• Loss occurs due to a fault in third-party game software.
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.) beyond bdg33's control.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or failure to comply with these Terms.

Under no circumstances shall bdg33's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

12 Changes and Updates to Terms

bdg33 reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. After any change, the updated terms will be published on the platform and will be considered effective from the date stated.

If a user continues to use the platform after changes to the Terms, it will be assumed that they have accepted the new Terms. It is therefore recommended to revisit this page regularly.
